Assignment Details

Client is a integrated steel products manufacturer-wires, tubes etc and watns help on the growth strategy. In order to meet the desired production volumes, they would like to enhance the performance of 3rd party manufacturing sites and implement the following :
1. Implement common operating processes & systems to ensure streamlined operations
2. Improve performance on key aspects of Productivity, Efficiency , inventory management etc
3. Ensure all aspects of contract & contractual obligations are met in the most optimal & correct manner.
4. Systems for continuous improvement & assessment of EPA’s on various parameters along with review structure

The consultant would have to be able to work full time onsite. The following locations are available for the consultant to chose :
1. Noida
2. Dhanbad
3. Jharsuguda

Skills Required

- Engineer + MBA or
- An engineer with experience in manufacturing
- Planning & Scheduling improvement, Throughput improvement, quality & safety
