This is a multi-faceted role to take end-to-end ownership of implementation quality of the project working closely with the World Bank team, Govt. of Nagaland and other Ei teams. Key roles and responsibilities include:
• Take ownership of the project and manage it end-to-end, lead a high-quality team and effectively break down workstreams and ensure high outcome-orientation.
• Conduct diagnosis, design solutions, and facilitate implementation through first principles problem solving
• Prepare strategic roadmaps and implementation plans with goals and milestones
• Identify operational bottlenecks and weaknesses, and devise resolution pathways
• Set-up project management processes and guidelines
• Develop and manage strong working relationships with key bureaucrats at the state level including Principal Secretary, State Project Director, etc.
• Manage day to day operations and liaise with the state to ensure the required buy-in, inputs, permissions and resources are made available.
• Actively build internal capabilities and support team members by sharing learnings, providing feedback, and ensuring their training and development.
