Assignment Details

Technical Due diligence of a Project on Starch based on these parameters -
1. Estimating the Useful Life of Plant & Machinery in the plant
2. Estimating the cost involved in replacement of old machinery and setting up new machinery & detailed cost anlysis
3. Estimating the time required to restart the plant as the plant is closed since last 4 years
4. Estimating the cost to restart plant as the plant is 20 years old
5. Estimating the installed plant capacity and efficiency of plant

Skills Required

- Experience in Maize Wet Milling Industry as a Production/Plant Manager /Technical consultant in India
- In-depth knowledge about the industry and technology related to maize wet milling
- Technical consultant who has experience in setting up new plant or turnaorund of old plants
- Provide help in decision making - in case of replacement vs buying new machinery "
