Assignment Details

Key Resposibilities:

Client Delivery:
● Prepares client proposals, approach notes, workshop content,
surveys, back end data tracking and reporting etc
● Leads or supports client delivery meetings and workshops
● Support project management of the ongoing projects and engage
with clients directly whenever necessary

Product Development & Knowledge Creation:
● Generate new ideas and develops products and intellectual
● Writes case studies and articles for marketing initiatives
● Generating revenue for the organization

Learn & Grow:
● Reads and shares latest trends and research publications in the HR space
● Actively enrolls for related courses and certifications

Internal Initiative:
● Proactively nominates self for internal initiatives (e. g. social
media campaigns) and is committed for its success

Post Graduate – HR; Preferably an Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Psychology Graduate

Experience: 3-6 years (HRBP experience preferred)
