Assignment Details

-Understand client needs & expectations and prepare people agenda plan for the year
-Manage implementation of people agenda as per defined timelines and quality standards
-Build data insights and analysis to support the leadership team to make effective decisions
-Motivate and engage internal HR team for higher productivity and execution excellence
-Work with internal functional stakeholders to take feedback and inputs on the initiatives & processes
-Research and understand the current HR best practices to suggest relevant solutions for driving talent agenda
-4-5 yrs of HRBP experiences mandatory
-7-9 yrs of experience
