The role would encompass of
- Driving performance Management Process end to end which includes ensuring the goal setting , quality of the process , On going Goals Review , Year end rating & promotion process
- Working on driving the execution of the initiatives associated with the Culture transformation collaborating with other departments - Program managing various Rituals , Events , Nudges associated with it
- Executing Employee Engagement Interventions - Leadership Skip Levels , Focus Group Discussions , Scorecard management , Campaign Management
- Able to work on Data Analysis with large sets of data , Excel Skills
- Attention to Details
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Learning Orientation , Able to collaborate & Influence
- Exposure to the talent processes of Performance Management , Employee Engagement , Culture Building
