Assignment Details

The Consultant (C) plays a critical role in the execution team for every engagement. She or he is typically the Lead full-time member in the team and is expected to anchor multiple independent modules in the engagement, working in conjunction with junior team members (Analysts and other consultants). We are looking to bring on board a couple of short term consultants for a period of 3-6 months depending on their profile and availability. We are open to both part-time and full-time options. Part-time expectation will be 25-30 hours per week. Candidates will be compensated accordingly.

Skills Required

• Someone with 2-4 years of consulting experience after business school (MUST HAVE)
• The ability to structure and lead multiple modules and small teams
• An MBA from a top-tier business school
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• A can-do attitude coupled with grit and resilience
• A core focus on firm building
• Strong communication skills
