Assignment Details

Our client, an HR Consultancy, is looking for independent consultants who can deliver the following responsibilities: We are looking for part time and full time Business Associates for our team.
- Participate in client's Consulting assignments, working with the organisation's clients and delivering on expected performance outcomes. It is an exciting time to be part of the client's growth journey and we promise intellectually stimulating and high impact assignments.
- Support delivery of HR Business Partnering assignments
- Support proposal development & delivery of HR Analytics based projects
- Support business and practice development efforts

Skills Required

We prefer strong line HR professionals to be part of our consulting team as they understand the client realities better and deliver "real" solutions. Some of the skills that we are expecting from the Business Associates include:
- HR Functional skills across Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- People with strong Customer Focus, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) & self confidence will be preferred
