•Academic background in and practioner experience of all technical aspects of M&E, along with grassroots surveys and data collection
•Experience in designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
•Clear understanding of what Indian CSR clients are looking for and the level of technical and manpower effort required, for accurate project budgeting (e.g., RoI, sustainability, brand associations, positioning etc.)
•Be part of the origination team proactively pitching M&E solutions to new clients, including proposal writing
•Responsible for ideating, designing, and implementing relevant M&E plans for new clients and opportunities particularly tailored to Indian CSR clients
• Be responsible for delivering M&E/ Impact Assessment projects and overseeing team members to ensure quality and timely execution
• Build an appropriate delivery team and identify where creative adaptations might be needed to drive efficiency
• Work closely with clients to delivery M&E/ Impact findings in industry standard format reports of the highest quality, including
• Documentation of various project results, processes and development of success stories and fact sheet for strategic sharing and dissemination
• Partner NGO assessments and performance evaluations
• Analyzing and deep diving into the data for decision making as well as evidence generation
Background preferably in Public Health or Social & development set up or any domain with strong experience in Monitoring & Evaluation as an area of expertise.
•Ability to produce documents and reports of professional quality and coordinate activities independently
•Computer skills demonstrating competency in MS Office Suite and statistical packages such as SPSS, STATA etc.
•Ability to develop productive working relationships with clients
•Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi required, along with excellent organizational skills
