This role will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are being managed effectively.
• Proactively executes the delivery of Employee Experience Processes at the branch offices for all employee life cycle activities. Primary responsibility will be to deliver Employee Experience for onboarding, performance & rewards, employee benefits and employee relations administration. Will also coordinate for processes related to training, internal communications, culture and community Initiatives / activities.
• Coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs through the Employee Experience Service Delivery team across all functions.
• Recruits and Trains a deputy who will post completion of project, act as a single point of contact for the employees in the region as Employee Experience partner on the ground
• Responsible for supporting escalations directly from employees or from the Service Centre.
• Facilitates with the HRBP team on grievances to bring best solutions for employees
• Min 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of relationship management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
• Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, viz: Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must.
