We are looking for someone to project manage a strategic group of consultants for a large client. This consultant cohort will require special management as per the design of the client’s strategic program. The individual will closely work with the internal teams - Operations, Technology, Consultant Success - as well as the client POC to ensure program success.
Key deliverables -
- Program manage end-to-end the consultant cohort, by working closely with all key stakeholders within Flexing It ® and the client
- Drive all engagement activities planned for the consultants in a timely and professional fashion
- Work with the senior team to develop the focus content themes for the cohort and planning out formats (e.g., blogs, case studies, stories)/channels (social media, others), and ensure their high quality delivery
- Developing a strategy for engaging with our consultant community on a regular basis to – help the client build their program brand better
- Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the program through regular check-ins, pulse surveys and feedback; Effectively analyse and present the feedback received for the success of the program
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Project/ program management experience
- Experience of working across all digital channels is a must, especially Google Adwords and LinkedIn and the ideal candidate will possess a strong awareness of social media strategies – including organic and paid social media, influencers, community, and video.
- Basic digital marketing experience across a variety of disciplines including: SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social, and email.
- Excellent writing and communication skills - targeting both consultants and clients/ enterprises.
