Flexing It™ is a curated discovery and market-making platform for short-term, flexible skills. Our platform - www.flexingit.com – is an online marketplace that connects organisations to professionals and expertise on an ‘on- demand’ basis for projects, consulting assignments, advisory roles and part-time resources

We are Looking for experienced Recruiter or Head Hunters for our company to support us in internal hiring of 5-7 Associates/Managers

Experience in identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented experienced professionals
Comfortable managing the full life-cycle of recruiting candidates
Ability to proactively take initiative and work with minimal direction
Strong skills in discernment; able to evaluate the intellectual depth and problem-solving ability of candidates
Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
Strong client service orientation; professional services experience a plus

Skills Required

5+ years of relevant recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team or a search agency
Ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders
Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills
Experience recruiting for enabling functions is required

As a freelancing platform, we do not provide permanent positions or full-time job to our consultant network.

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
