At Klub, we are focused on building India's largest Revenue Based Financing marketplace by providing growth capital to digital businesses. We have successfully made 250+ investments in brands across sectors like fashion, beauty & personal care, FMCG, ed-tech, F&B, and subscription businesses since our launch in August 2020.
Revenue based financing is revolutionary: it takes a revenue share as returns instead of equity dilution or fixed EMIs, making it ideal for a post-Covid financing ecosystem. This is flexible and founder-friendly, and we are looking for enthusiastic and talented folks to help us democratise access to financing for all companies!
We have raised a seed round of $20 million backed by 9Unicorns, Sequoia Surge, Alter Global, Japan's GMO VenturePartners, and multiple angel investors in August 2021. We previously raised $2 million in pre-seed funding from Sequoia Surge and multiple angels in 2019.

Our client is an Fintech platform providing growth capital for brands through Revenue Based Financing and are looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition consultant to help them source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Key Responsibilities :-
Work with identified team leader/hiring manager to understand talent gaps.
Work with them to create job descriptions and ideal candidate personas.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
Conduct outbound and work with agencies to manage the hiring process for identified roles.
Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Ensure a positive experience.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews – if possible.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, - 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Lever’s Applicant Tracking System, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
- This role requires a candidate with excellent structured thinking and written communication skills.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
