Assignment Details
Our client is one of the largest PE firms in the country with a focus on taking high quality late stage companies to their IPO. They are looking for a team of consultants for an extremely high impact and strategic initiative to develop a researched product on success factors in taking a company public that
(a) captures their learnings over the years of successfully taking multiple companies public and
(b) synthesizes these into a high-quality end product that can be shared externally.
The project will involve:
1. Guiding the other consultant on the exhaustive research to be undertaken, parameters and target, key factors that matter, etc
2. Work on analyzing the client's performance across metrics
3. Synthesizing the findings from the research to derive a strong narrative and view point on how to approach taking a company public and the key factors that matter (backed by research), along with the stakeholders at the client team
4. Developing select thought-leadership end products based on this work that can be used for external dissemination
P.S. - This project would require the consultant to invest part time (2-2.5 days per week) remote capacity over a period of 8 weeks
Skills Required
(a) Top-tier consulting experience is a must
(b) Should have prior experience of working on finance projects
(c) Prior experience of working with a company going through an IPO process will be a huge plus.
(d) Ability to quickly derive insights from analysis and stakeholder conversations
(e) Excellent presentation skills
