Our client, a leading automotive conglomerate, is looking to engage with a Finance consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities :
Core Finance & Reporting Competencies
- Strong foundation in financial reporting and scheduling, including the ability to
collate and analyse both projected and historical financial data.
- Prior experience in financial due diligence is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyse financial statements, including
historical trading performance, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Ability to interpret projections and underlying business assumptions, with a
focus on identifying key financial and commercial risks.
Tax & Compliance Knowledge
- Proficient understanding of direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance
requirements.
- Experience working with or interpreting tax structures in a transactional
context.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly and accurately
manipulate large data sets.
- Experience or working knowledge of SAP.
Soft Skills & Other Preferences
- Prior experience of due diligence
- Prior transaction experience or exposure to deal environments is an
advantage.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong time management and
collaboration skills.
