Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Procure-to-Pay automation solution provider is looking to engage with a Consultant to manage the below responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 with responsibilities around customer billing and collections and related reporting for a US entity
- The Entity is from the SaaS software Industry and has contracts with customers which include longer term subscriptions, implementation services, transactional services performed by the entity for such customers with limited hardware sales
- Take ownership of their processes
- The volume of billing is large – many small customers and some large enterprises, some billed monthly, some annually, with consideration for timing of renewals.
- Requires attention to detail, quick turnaround time on customer facing issues, as well as review of customer contracts
- Internal customer support ( Entity’s internal requests), a high priority – need to improve internal responsiveness.
- Have recently moved to NetSuite with a specialty billing tool called Zone Billing – so NetSuite experience would be helpful
- Collections activity includes both working with the customers and internal contacts to facilitate collections – collections team needs to also take more ownership
- Streamline and improve the billings and collections,

Skills Required

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Managerial capacity
- Strong leadership, management, analytical skills
- Familiarity with billing software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing and collections
- NetSuite experience
