Our client is a leading Indian Housing Finance Company. They are looking to engage with a Visionary Advisor to conduct a Session on Recent Development in Tech/Digitization In Financial Services.
Scope: This will be for around 30-35 participants broadly covering MD&CEO & CXOs of the company and a few other key executives 1 or 2 levels below CXOs. Considering the profile of the participants, we are looking for an industry expert who will be able to deliver an engaging session on the following broad outlines:
1. Latest tech trends in FS – NBFC/HFCs
2. Tech/digital impact in various departments in NBFCs/HFC covering cost, revenue, operations, strategy, analytics etc
3. Overview of digitization/digital transformation journeys for various departments/business lines
4. Best practices/case studies of digital/tech transformation journeys from the industry
5. Regulatory framework around tech/digitization

Skills Required
1. Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of financial services, particularly in the areas of NBFCs and HFCs. Well-versed in the latest technology trends, digital transformation, and the impact of technology on various aspects of financial services.
2. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are crucial as the advisor will need to engage and educate senior executives and key stakeholders. They should be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
3. Industry Experience: Prior experience working in or with the financial services industry, especially in roles related to technology, digital transformation, or regulatory compliance, is essential. This experience helps build credibility and relevance in the eyes of the participants.
4. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Analyze the impact of technology on various aspects of financial services, including cost, revenue, operations, and strategy. They should also be capable of providing strategic insights and recommendations.
5. Engagement and Presentation Skills: The ability to engage the audience, facilitate discussions, and deliver engaging presentations is crucial. The advisor should be able to create an interactive and informative session.
6. Regulatory Understanding: An understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding technology and digitization in financial services is critical. This includes knowledge of compliance requirements and how they impact business operations.
