Our client, a leading Agri Conglomerate, is looking to engage with an Investor Relations Consultant for one of their projects.
About the client: Agri-business Company, dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers by innovating products and services that sustainably increase crop and livestock yields. It holds leading market positions in the different businesses it operates - Animal Feed, Crop Protection, Oil Palm, Dairy and Poultry and Processed Foods.
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting to: Head Corporate Finance & Plant Group Vertical
1. Overseeing the complete investor relations function of the company
2. Creates presentations, press releases, results/investor presentations and other
communication materials to the capital market. Conducting conference calls,
investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings etc.
3. Contribution in creating high-quality annual reports of the company
4. Establishes the optimum mix of shareholders, develops relationships with existing
shareholders and targets new shareholders
5. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and
differentiation and communicates to senior management
6. Timely communication of the feedback and financial expectations of the investment community back to the management and counselling the management to reach the goals
7. Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community and fulfils the role of spokesperson, when required
8. Regularly update internal stakeholders about market developments, key changes in sector, peers and other relevant information

Skills Required
Qualification: CA/ CFA (US)/ MBA (Finance)
-Well-versed with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by
analysts and investors for analysing companies
-Strong ability to understand financial statements, ratio analysis and other similar techniques used by street to evaluate companies in the sector
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills will be an added advantage
-Critical Skills: Investor Relations, Stakeholder management, Data Analytics
