Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG Giant, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Junior Finance Analyst to join their Bill to Cash team within the Accounting Centre of Excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage Payments: Efficiently and accurately handle payments for Modern Trade customers.
2. Accounts Payable Processes: Oversee and execute accounts payable tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Collaboration: Partner closely with the Customer Development team to ensure smooth payment processes and promptly address any issues.
4. Data Management: Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and analyze payment data.
5. System Management: Use your understanding of SAP to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
6. Stakeholder Management: Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

This project is for a Duration of 6 Months (extendable, basis client requirement and performance) and requires the consultant to devote Full Time Capacity in an Onsite Model based in Mumbai (Location - Belapur)

Skills Required

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
2. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable processing.
3. Accounts Payable Expertise: Solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
4. Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
5. SAP Knowledge: Practical experience with SAP for efficient financial operations.
6. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
8. Preferred Profile: Experience in handling customer payments, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
