Assignment Details

Our client a category 1 Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) focused on the Indian public market is looking to engage with a Strategic Investment Growth Advisor for a project.

 

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong network and expertise in strategic partnerships, capital growth, and relationship management. Your insights and connections can help us expand our presence, foster new relationships, and position our fund for sustainable success.

 

What You’ll Do:
-Leverage your network to identify and engage with potential investors, partners, and advisors.
-Provide strategic guidance on growth opportunities and industry best practices.
-Help refine our fund positioning and investor outreach strategies.
-Offer mentorship and insights, drawing from your extensive experience in financial services, investing, or strategic business growth.
-Act as a trusted advisor, supporting key decisions that impact fund expansion and engagement.
-Work one day per week with a goal to secure $100K USD in net new assets every two weeks.
-Focus on sourcing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) based abroad in the Middle East, Africa, Asia (excluding India), the United States, and Canada, who are looking to diversify their portfolios into Indian public markets.


Target Investor Profile:
-We are specifically looking to engage investors based abroad, with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, Asia (excluding India), the United States, and Canada. The ideal investors include:
-High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) seeking diversified exposure to Indian equity markets from an international perspective.
-Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who reside outside India and want to invest in Indian financial assets with a structured approach.
-Family offices based overseas, looking for well-researched investment vehicles with strong risk management.
-Institutional investors from international markets, exploring niche opportunities in India.
-Entrepreneurs and business leaders across the Middle East, Africa, Asia (excluding India), the U.S., and Canada who want exposure to Indian public markets.

Skills Required

•An experienced professional with expertise in finance, investment, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
• Someone who enjoys networking and fostering relationships in a meaningful way.
• Passionate about guiding and mentoring emerging investment professionals.
• Currently in a position where employment restrictions or industry conflicts do not prevent collaboration with an investment fund—whether you're from a different sector, between jobs, retired, or independently consulting. 

• Well-connected within global financial circles, with a strong network of investors, advisors, or institutions.
