Our client is a Healthcare Services startup based in Chennai that provides quality home-based care. They are planning for the next phase of growth and as part of that need a Strategic Financial Advisor who can help them ensure their cash flow and working capital cycles are optimised.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analysing past data (1-2 years) to understand patterns in the working capital needs by client/channel/geography/service line/season
2. Problem solving and root cause analysis with the founder and senior team to understand challenges faced
3. Identifying opportunities to improve the process and free-up some cash flow that can help drive growth - this will include internal improvements as well as looking at external levers like bills discounting etc
4. Working with the organisation to start implementing the high-priority improvement levers

Location- Remote (The consultant can be based remotely, though some time initially in Chennai is expected)
