Assignment Details

Our client, a global non-profit technology organization is looking to engage with a Consultant with deep expertise in Zoho Books, Projects and Sheets.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Zoho Books, Projects and Sheets.
- Fund accounting,
- Tracking funds to projects and to specific expenses on those projects, including multiple funds funding the same project or expense.
- Invoicing both hourly and milestone based amounts, and tying multiple GL codes to the same line item on an invoice
- Tracking and enforcing restricted funds to ensure they are only applied to allowed types of expenses, including employees or subcontractors of only certain countries
- To present consolidated results and support intra unit transfers.
- An account who has multiple roles: a funder and a subcontractor
- Capacity management and separate burdened labor rates across multiple skill sets and multiple simultaneous projects

Capacity: Part time
Location: Remote

Skills Required

- Deep expertise in Zoho Books, Projects and Sheets.
- Accounting and project management background
- Experience setting up the chart of accounts, multiple entities, multi currency, related company transactions for Books.
- Projects setting up; project staffing, charge rates, budgets, costs and time to complete and integration with Sheets and communicating with Books for invoicing and AR/AP including with staff, consultants and sub contractors.
