Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Coupa Invoice module.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define solution design and integration strategies.
  • Configure Coupa Invoice processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in invoice management, tax compliance, and payment approvals.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and rollout activities.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the Coupa Invoice system post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to streamline invoice and payment workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations and operational support.

Skills Required

Skills and Qualification

 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Coupa Invoice module.
  • Successfully completed 2 or more end-to-end implementations of Coupa Invoice, including design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and invoice management processes.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into Coupa configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa’s integration capabilities with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of invoice matching, approval workflows, and exception handling in Coupa.
  • Proficient in preparing user guides, process flow diagrams, and training materials.
  • Coupa Certification in Invoice Management or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or consultancy engagements.
  • Familiarity with tax rules, payment terms, and regional compliance considerations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
