Our client, a Global FMCG Company, is looking to engage with a Claims Management Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise & collaborate with all sales executive for ensuring proper claims
process adaptation.
2. Would be responsible for helping Customers with claims process by
helping with Claims generation, Approvals, workings, etc. in place.
3. Liaise with multiple stakeholders to assist with queries in review,
reconciliation & processing any claims.
4. Will be POC for addressing & resolving any issues for the channel claims
with different stakeholders.
5. Ensuring that there are no backlogs in providing or processing any
reserves as well as payment transactions if any.
6. Help support document uploading in system as well as co-ordination with
relevant stakeholders for completion of checking the documents.
7. Escalation of any roadblocks as well as any delay in effectively meeting
the processing deadlines/ commitments.
8. Responsible for maintaining the tracker with regular dashboards sharing &
reviewing with leadership team.
9. Responsible for coordinating all claims communication with all relevant
stakeholders for correction of any claims error.
10.Verification, escalation, highlighting & Resolution of pricing closure with PO
receipt for organized accounts with respective channel leads.
11.OFR tracking of all the DT’s as well as Direct Key accounts.
12.Responsible for highlighting any discrepancy of Ledger difference with
respect to sales & debit notes/ claims raised by accounts and closing the
loop with respective channel lead for any changes as well as issues.
13.Responsible for final closure of DT reconciliation along with their
acknowledgement by working alongside the Auditors as well as internal
stakeholders.
14.Closing the statement of accounts with all the DT’s, direct key accounts,
etc. to get the PNCC for yearly, half-yearly & quarterly closures of
respective accounts/ DT’s.
This project is for a duration of 12 months(extendable) and requires the consultant to work On- Site in Mumbai devoting their Full-Time Capacity.
Qualification Required
1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce or arts.
2. 0-2 years of experience in accounts dept. or finance department.
3. Proficiency in Data Analysis, Microsoft Office, etc.
4. Should be comfortable in using Data Mgmt. tool as well as Data
visualization tool.
5. Good Communication skills
