Assignment Details

The candidate would be working in the Category Finance team of HUL and the role would be to support the Monthly Performance Review & Forecasting processes; liaising with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CD , Supply Chain & Ops) to deliver the year and plan the future

1.Add value to the business by ensuring cross-functional team receives timely information and understand its implication to support great business decisions

2.Assist the team w.r.t Deep dive into various P&L line items to understand the various levers & maximise profitability

3.Preparing various Financial / non-financial MIS to support business reviews / performance measures

4.Track the various savings initiative and run the network with extended teams

5.Assist in preparation of top management deliverables like category meetings, Leadership team reviews

Skills Required

1. Must - Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
2. Systems knowledge a plus: Power BI, SAP
3. MBA Finance, qualified CA or a Masters degree in accounting/commerce (CA would be preferred over MBA and other candidates)
4. Passionate and driven about delivering results Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to assess data and arrive at root cause- with ability to succinctly explain key drivers to senior audience
