Assignment Details

Our client, an American Multinational Food Manufacturing Company is looking for a  Commercial Finance and Controlling Manager, Some key responsibilities are listed below : 

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze pricing, profitability, and financial impacts of campaigns and investments with development and implementation of sales forecasting and demand planning processes.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage filings, and liaise with auditors for audits and submissions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing cost optimization strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Mentor and guide the team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices, including local tax regulations.
  • Experience with tax compliance, including the timely submission of tax returns.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
