Assignment Details – Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare Purchase Orders in Spend Management Tool
- Responsible for overall P2P Operations
- Responsible for Examine Contracts / Catalog / Non-Catalog
- Prepare tender documentation to release enquiry / solicit bids from relevant Service Providers
- Cascading error report / monthly report to the team
- Co-ordinating with internal Accounts, Finance and Taxation teams for accounts payable activities
- Proven expertise in analytical skills and interpretation.
- Strong proficiency in number crunching and MS Office.
- Should be a Critical Thinker to come up with clear trends and correlations based on the data presented.
- Should be able to identify key trends, insights and gaps in raw data.
- Should be able to represent findings with graphs and visualizations for quick comprehension of data.
