Assignment Details

Our client, a charitable, non-profit private global foundation is looking to engage with an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of their portfolio companies. The consultant would be responsible for managing their operational Finance, funds etc

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the planning, oversight and execution of the organization's financial functions, reporting and performance;
- Track cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions;
- Pull together all the pieces of the financial and logistical picture to ensure that plans are in place to mitigate risks;
- Overseeing collections and cash flow of the organization to ensure its positive at all times.

Note: This is a 6 months project and requires full time capacity based out of Bangalore.

Skills Required

- 15+ years of experience in managing operational finance, funds and prior experience working in the role of CFO's is preferred;
- Consultants from logistics / freight industry are preferred;
- Excellent soft skills and problem solving.
