Our client, a leading consumer goods firm is looking for a detail-oriented and technology-driven Finance Manager to manage and oversee finance operations with capability of managing businesses in the UK. The role requires end-to-end financial ownership from bookkeeping and compliance to management reporting, forecasting, and automation of financial systems.
The ideal candidate will spend the first month streamlining, automating, and systemizing financial reporting, forecasting models, and management dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations & Bookkeeping
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting processes
Ensure accurate and timely financial records
Oversee reconciliations, payables, receivables, and cash flow tracking
2.Reporting & Analysis
Consolidate financial data across multiple selling channels (including e-commerce platforms)
Develop and maintain daily sales reports
Prepare VAT reporting (UK compliance)
Create monthly management reports and performance dashboards
Build management decks for leadership review
Develop financial forecasting models and budgeting frameworks
3.Compliance & Statutory Work
Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations
Coordinate statutory filings and external accountants as required
4.Automation & Systems Improvement
Automate management reporting processes
Systemize forecasting and performance tracking
Optimize workflows within Xero and other financial systems
Improve data consolidation across platforms
Note-
Capacity- Part-Time (4-5hours per day)
Mode- Remote/ Delhi NCR (preferred)
The consultant might be required to visit the client's office occasionally for meetings.
