Assignment Details
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in MIS/Reporting, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, CALCULATIONS, COUNTIF, FORMULAS, etc., are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
a) Collect and organize information to create meaningful insights for effective decision-making.
b) Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports.
c) Compile and present data in a clear and concise manner.
2. Marketing Budget Analysis:
a) Analyze marketing budgets and provide insights to optimize allocation of resources.
b) Generate reports related to marketing expenditures and return on investment.
3. PO Generation and Billing:
a) Understand the billing and purchase order (PO) generation process thoroughly.
b) Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
4. Communication:
a)Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and reports to stakeholders.
b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide updates.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 12 months of MIS/Reporting experience.
2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, and data analysis.
3. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, CALCULATIONS, COUNTIF, FORMULAS, etc.
4. Familiarity with Word formatting, mail merges, and PowerPoint presentations.
