Assignment Details

Our client is a German skincare brand and they are looking for a MIS consultant who can support planning and MIS reporting at corporate Regional Sales level. The function is primarily responsible for preparation of routine and periodic
MIS reports; tracking of sales, sales expenditure spending and fulfills data requirements of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities :-
1) Preparation of daily, monthly and periodic MIS reports
2) Strive towards improvement in deliverables of various MIS reporting
3) Interaction and co-ordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment
and accuracy of MIS generated and ensure timely preparation of affiliate reporting requirements, viz Monthly Sales Reporting, Strategic Customer Report, etc
5) Fulfill data requirements of internal customers (sales / relevant stakeholder
team) and external customers including DBs and auditors and Maintain hygiene of pricing at different channels
7) Monthly Sales target and tracking and Pro-actively monitoring over targets etc and highlight variations
9) Ensure activity approvals in place for all planned and unplanned activities;
reporting variance against planned targets / achievements

Skills Required

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-4 years relevant experience in MIS
engineering and reporting
- Excellent MS-Office skills especially advanced knowledge of Excel,
PPT
- Strong analytical and innovative mindset
- Self drive, motivated and accountable
- Good inter-personal skill and Process orientation.
