Our client, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company is seeking a Electrical Engineer for Planning, execution and installation of electrical systems for manufacturing plant projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead electrical planning and execution for new manufacturing plants, equipment
installation, and utilities.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and automation teams during project execution.
• Oversee installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgears, DG sets, UPS, sub-
stations, earthing and lightning protection.
• Monitor cabling, panel erection, machine power connections, and utility tie-ins.
• Ensure adherence to IEC, IS, NEC, IEEE, and energy codes.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and statutory approvals (CEIG, DISCOM, etc.).
• Implement EHS requirements for electrical execution at site.
• Maintain drawings, documentation, SOPs, checklists, and commissioning reports.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, Transformers, Switchgear, PLC Integration,
Drives, SCADA.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• M.Tech (Electrical Power Systems/Automation) – preferred
• Min 3 to 4 years experience in electrical projects within manufacturing/industrial plants.
• Experience in plant commissioning, utility systems, and project execution is
essential.
