Key Responsibilities:
• Derive technical specifications and solution configurations based on customer requirements and application needs.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and deliver technical trainings to internal teams and customers.
• Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning of systems/equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution and post-installation.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with timely technical clarifications.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver structured training sessions to customers on products, systems, and solutions.
• Respond promptly to customer technical queries, ensuring clarity and confidence in deployed solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with switchgear products, including application, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of LV systems, protection schemes, and industrial/building automation solutions.

• Good understanding of relevant international standards (IEC/ANSI) and certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially in customer-facing scenarios.
