Our client, a global manufacturing & supply chain solutions company is looking to engage with a Consultant Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute substation projects of minimum 132kV and above voltage levels.
• Possess a strong background in substation engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, and contractors effectively through strong people management.
• Manage customer relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Apply project management principles including scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Handle finance-related tasks such as billing, cost control, budget tracking, and collection.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, construction, and finance teams to track project status and financials.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing substation projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and resolving disputes.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to substation projects. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments. •
• Experience with safety and environmental compliance in electrical infrastructure projects
