Assignment Details

We are looking for brand manager who can help us ensure profitable exponential growth of brand portfolio through a good brand marketing strategy.

The key deliverable are as follow:

1. Ensuring profitability of each SKU in laid down norms
2. Maximizing return on marketing investments
3. Conducting relevant ATL and BTL programs as appropriate for product Brand
4. Working with creative and ad agencies to come up with good brand building activities
5. Having a strong working interface with all the departments in the organization
6. Responsible for consumer insight generation, tracking of competitive brands
7. E-commerce operations
8. Working on product improvements, and new product development/launch extension plans based on consumer insights and need-gap analysis from the market.
9. Discovering best sellers and removing poorly performing SKUs; Carrying out and testing marketing initiatives for the same.

Skills Required

1. Should have strong marketing and branding experience with FMCG industry.
2. Preference with experience in the Personal Care / Cosmetics space or in a similar Brand of products as that of Hip Hop.
3. Experienced in managing a large product portfolio with extensive BTL and ATL marketing activities.
4. Preference for someone who has successfully launched a brand/product and having Digital marketing experience.
5. Good decisions making ability and strategy delivery.
6. Pleasing personality & flexible attitude of working with multi- cultural people and creating a Motivational environment for more.
7. Strong problem solving skills and analyses issues
8. Communicates powerfully and prolifically and attention to detail
