Responsibilities:
•You will be joining a fast growing company and will get to be a part of our
exponential growth trajectory this year.
•This position shall involve a wide array of responsibilities with a primary
focus on end-to-end hiring and recruiting across functions.
•You will also be actively involved in tailoring and developing the overall onboarding
experience and employee engagement within the company
Requirements:
• You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in hiring/recruitment [preferably in
high growth/early age startups].
• You should have strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You should be excellent at both written and spoken communication in English.
• We are looking for curious problem solvers with a can-do attitude so you will need
to be proactive and self-reliant, demonstrating initiative plus superior collaboration
skills. -Empathy and ability to connect with people are desirable qualities for this
role
