A new startup that is focused on building the ecosystem for new age brands in lifestyle. A one-stop holistic platform for new-age brands to create and engage with their ecosystem by creating influencer networks, commerce platforms and other support infrastructure.

Assignment Details

We are a young organisation wanting to staff up and acquire 10-12 junior and mid level hires in specific areas (technology, category management, content/ media, etc)

1. Drive candidate sourcing through database / job board searches and referral generation.
2. Map target companies and identify potential profiles
3. Conduct preliminary telephonic and personal interviews to understand interest, fit and schedule interviews
4. Ensure the right match between candidate and job requirement
5. Maintain hiring MIS

Skills Required

1. Good communication skills. Ability to engage candidates on email/ linkedin, telephonically, etc
2. Familiar with linkedin, angellist, internshala, hacker earth and other digital tools
3. Structured and disciplined execution with detailed tracking

Experience in media, e-commerce, FMCG a plus
