Assignment Details

Our client is primarily into the eLearning industry - An AI-Powered Enterprise Learning Experience & Upskilling Platform. Seeking for a technology subject matter expert who can help with technology training consulting.

The below the Roles and Responsibilities-
a) Creating / validating technology competency / skill models for technology roles.
b) Performing data annotation on content recommendations
c) Developing / curating tech assessments.
d)Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training and/or technical training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope.
e)Researches and studies advancements in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures.

Capacity required - Part time basis - Remote working.

Skills Required

1.Confidentiality along with strong diplomacy and interpersonal skills
2. Active listening and sharp observation skills
3. Knowledgeable about management and behavioral theory and practices.
4.Proficient with L&D/Training in technology companies.
5.Strong exp of 10-12 yrs in providing technical trainings.
