Assignment Details

We are looking to engage with a consultant to oversee Faculty development and manage training and development activities while working in a governmental structure.

Roles and Responsibilities include :

- Help government officials in identifying skill gaps in the state of Odisha/Bihar in faculty training
- Identify demand and supply gap with respect to vocational training faculties of the State Council, ITI etc.
- Assess teacher's knowledge of curriculum and facilitate ways to bridge the gap between the same and best practices followed
- Design curriculum for the training and identify trainers best suited to the role

This is an on-site full-time role for a duration of one year, location being Odisha/Patna. Flybacks to and fro home location will be arranged for by the client. All holidays and other sanctions will be according to government mandates.

Skills Required

- B.E/B.Tech preferably with MBA/PGDM in HR/ PMIR from reputed institutes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Change Management and HR in e-Governance projects, with minimum 2 years experience in Change Management.
- Experience in managing training & development activities.
- Experience in conducting Skill development Training programmes.
- Experience in Managing various HR systems like resource planning, Performance Management System, training, capacity building planning, change management planning etc
