Our client is a Financial Services Firm and is looking for a Presentation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Power Point Presentations which are professional, visually compelling to support internal and external presentation requirements.
- Supporting a particular vertical/s within the Investment Banking (“IB”) Division for their presentation needs, helping to simplify and organize information and design with compelling visuals to convey clear messages in PowerPoint.
- Collaborating with the Business team to understand requirement and intended message.
- Conceptualizing and communicating complex ideas and information visually in PowerPoint.
- Creating original graphics and visual media that communicates the desired message (including infographics, charts, and diagrams).
- Producing PowerPoint design templates aligned to brand guidelines and client visions.
- Checking/cleaning Microsoft excel and Microsoft word formats and designs.
- Proof-reading documents, grammatical checks, consistency checks (with respect to language in English and formats)
- Building best-in-class templates, formats to streamline smooth conversion of standard presentations.
- Designing and updating internal and external presentations
- Ensuring presentations are beautiful, professional, and aligned to brand style guidelines.
- Performing other graphic duties, as necessary.
Skills Required:
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including basic word and excel).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills (written communication equally important)
- A portfolio showcasing work samples/advanced presentation design skills.
