Role Overview:
We are seeking professionals for a Communication & Knowledge Specialist (Data Office) role to support the Global Data Office through SharePoint content management, internal publications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The role involves content creation, meeting summaries, video editing, and aligning communications across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint content creation and site management
- Copilot story generation and SharePoint user story drafting
- Monitoring and summarizing meeting transcripts
- Executing our internal publication calendar (Viva Engage + SharePoint)
- Video editing for internal communications
- Attending community calls and summarizing key updates
- Monitoring Global Data Office communications and aligning messaging
Role: Part-Time
Hours: 10 hours/week
Duration: 3 Months, extendable
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – in-office, once a week)
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint for content creation and site management
- Strong writing, editing, and summarization skills
- Experience in internal communications and managing publication calendars
- Basic video editing skills for internal communication materials
- SharePoint, Copilot, video editing, strong writing/summarization
- Basic data literacy is a plus, but not required
