Our client an American foundation is looking for a skilled Consultant- Content Curation & Production to elevate its storytelling, content development, and campaign execution across India. The role focuses on crafting impactful narratives, driving integrated communication campaigns, and establishing a strong partner ecosystem to ensure consistency, quality, and cultural resonance across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities-
Storytelling & Content Strategy
• Develop compelling and culturally relevant narratives highlighting innovation, impact, and collaborations in India.
• Ensure alignment with brand voice, communication priorities, and institutional objectives.
• Oversee content quality and coherence across multiple formats including video, digital assets, and long-form storytelling.
Campaign Design & Execution
• Conceptualize and execute integrated, video-led campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate cross-platform content deployment for maximum reach and strategic influence.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and impact.
Creative & Production Network Management
• Build and manage a strong network of writers, researchers, and creative consultants for ideation and script development.
• Identify and onboard production partners including studios, videographers, and content creators to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Curate and supervise post-production experts including editors, motion designers, and digital specialists to uphold creative standards and timelines.
• Implement structured processes for vendor coordination, cost efficiency, and quality control across all stages of content development.
• Proven experience in content creation, creative strategy, or multimedia production, ideally within development, media, or brand communications sectors.
• Strong understanding of India’s cultural dynamics and audience behavior across digital ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative workflows, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Exceptional storytelling, visual communication, and project management skills.
