Assignment Details

Role Purpose

The role will support by transforming learning processes into meaningful data insights. The incumbent will manage MIS, build dashboards, enable data-backed decision-making, and ensure process consistency through strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities
 


1. Learning MIS & Driving insights

-Own and manage end-to-end learning MIS, including data consolidation, validation, analysis, and reporting.
-Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS, dashboards, and visual trackers to monitor learning metrics and outcomes.
-Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and insight generation to support learning strategy and leadership reviews.
-Prepare periodic performance dashboards and reports for the senior leadership.
 


2. Process Mapping & Data Translation

-Understand learning processes end-to-end and translate them into structured data points, metrics, and reports.
-Ensure accurate alignment between process design, data capture, and reporting requirements.
-Strengthen governance by standardizing data definitions, metrics, and reporting formats.
-Support audit readiness by ensuring uniform understanding and adherence to defined processes.
 

3.Automation & Technology Enablement

-Coordinate with stakeholders on implementation of simple automation or technology enhancements.
-Support ongoing technology and system initiatives within the learning function.
 

4.Stakeholder Coordination

-Act as a key coordination link with Business Learning Teams and internal stakeholders.
-Drive timely data inputs, nominations, and reporting requirements through structured follow-ups.
-Ensure smooth information flow and alignment across teams for learning programs and interventions.

-Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data models).
-Solid understanding of data, MIS, and analytics in a business or learning ecosystem.
-Ability to understand processes quickly and convert them into measurable data and insights.
-High attention to detail, data accuracy, and governance.
-Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented gig environment.
