Assignment Details

Our client is an Indian conglomerate in the textile, metal, cement, finance, telecom, and many more industries is seeking to engage an automation expert.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess existing MIS and operational workflows to understand current processes, data sources, and system gaps.
  • Recommend suitable open-source automation tools/solutions and design a front-end PoC aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy automated workflows by integrating data from existing systems and ensuring easy maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate process requirements, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with back-end technical support teams (from selected SME partners) to ensure successful implementation of the PoC.
  • Prepare clear process documents, workflow diagrams, and user guides to support future improvements and handovers.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of business processes and MIS workflows, with the ability to translate requirements into automated solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source automation tools, RPA frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, low-code/no-code platforms).
  • Ability to integrate data from multiple systems and build scalable, maintainable workflow automations.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering PoCs, including basic front-end configuration for user interaction.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and gather requirements.
  • Strong documentation abilities, including creating workflow maps, technical notes, and user guides.
