Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a digitally savvy Supply Chain Analyst with a strong foundation in supply chain fundamentals and a keen interest in building data-driven and automated planning solutions. This role will focus on digital production sequencing, JIT material call-offs, Clear-to-Build (CTB) calculations, and driving digital adoption initiatives across the supply chain function. The role will work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, IT, and the Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Production Planning & Sequencing
Design and maintain digital production planning sequences aligned with manufacturing priorities and constraints
Translate production schedules into structured, system-ready planning logic
Continuously refine sequencing logic to improve plan stability and line readiness
2. JIT Material Call-Off & PCBA Planning
Generate Just-In-Time (JIT) material call-off lists based on production sequences
Plan and manage PCBA requirements in line with production demand
Ensure accurate and timely material signals to suppliers and procurement teams
3. Clear-to-Build (CTB) Calculations
Calculate CTB based on material availability and constraints
Prioritize critical and long lead-time components within planning logic
Identify and highlight material gaps, risks, and constraints impacting production
Apply planning assumptions to maximize build readiness
4. Digital Enablement & Automation
Develop and maintain digital tools, dashboards, and models (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)
Automate recurring planning and reporting activities
Partner with IT and business teams to enhance system utilization and data accuracy
5. Continuous Improvement & Ad-Hoc Support
Support digital and analytical initiatives driven by the Supply Chain function
Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and data visibility
Document processes and ensure scalability of implemented solutions
Supply Chain Knowledge
Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and material planning
Familiarity with JIT concepts, BOMs, lead times, and inventory management
Exposure to electronics manufacturing or EMS environment is preferred
Digital & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or low-code platforms is a plus
Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Behavioral Skills
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field
1–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Analytics, or Digital Operations
Experience in manufacturing or electronics domain is an advantage
