Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking an Independent Business Analyst – Sales Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Analysis
Monitor and analyze the MEA services pipeline to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to sales leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
bFO System Expertise
Read, interpret, and extract insights from bFO data.
Ensure data integrity and support sales teams in leveraging bFO for opportunity management.
Book-to-Bill Analysis
Own the full analysis of MEA’s book-to-bill performance.
Deliver weekly reports highlighting key drivers, risks, and recommendations.
Sales Performance Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across clusters.
Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with data-driven narratives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with cluster sales leaders, finance, and operations teams to align on sales and order achievement.
Act as a trusted advisor to the MEA Services leadership team.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
Support automation and digitization initiatives within Sales Excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization/reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably bFO or Salesforce).
Good understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and book-to-bill concepts.
Ability to prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in Sales Excellence, Business Analysis, or a related role within services or commercial functions preferred.
