Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG player, is looking to engage with experienced professionals with strong expertise in MIS reporting, business analytics, and financial performance tracking to support their business operations.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive MIS automation and reporting for P&L, D2C, and marketplace performance to support business analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain key MIS dashboards and reports, including TR trend reports, GMVA reports, channel-level profitability, and core vs. innovation performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage brand and business MIS for brands such as Liquid IV, Novology, and Nexxus, including KPI trackers and performance dashboards.
  • Support budgeting processes by uploading BMI budgets and overhead IO code budgets in internal systems while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Manage pricing updates and master data, including releasing price circulars and supporting creation of new CBU, brand, and category codes for launches and innovations.
  • Conduct financial reconciliation and compliance checks, including validating internal performance numbers, monitoring BMI spends vs. budgets, and supporting TDS 194R reporting.
  • Provide operational support to brand teams, including resolving vendor payment issues, preparing BMI spend summaries, and managing cost centre creation and documentation.

Skills Required

  • Strong MIS reporting and business analytics capabilities with experience supporting P&L, D2C, and marketplace performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, dashboards, reconciliation, and reporting automation.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and profitability reporting, including channel-level performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with data reconciliation, compliance checks, and financial controls to ensure accuracy of reported numbers.
  • Ability to manage pricing updates, master data management, and system uploads across internal tools.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, working with finance, procurement, brand teams, and external partners.
  • Good problem-solving and operational support skills, particularly in resolving payment issues and supporting cross-functional business processes.
