Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company looking to engage
Data Analytics Analytics Consultant to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across business functions. The role will focus on improving productivity, simplifying processes, and enabling transformation initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Lead end-to-end process review, diagnosis, and redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
2-Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
3-Develop and implement SOPs, process playbooks, governance frameworks, and RACI structures.
4-Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA and digital workflow tools.
5-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and quality.
6-Translate business problems into analytical problem statements and actionable insights.
7-Build and maintain dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) to track KPIs and SLAs.
8-Perform data analysis including trend analysis, variance analysis, and predictive insights.
9-Strengthen data governance, quality standards, and reporting frameworks.
10-Support digital transformation initiatives across functions such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
11-Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and process adoption.
12-Partner with business leaders to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities.
13-Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and success metrics are achieved.
14-Establish performance tracking frameworks and governance cadences.
15-Track and report cost savings, efficiency improvements, automation outcomes, and operational KPIs.
1-Strong expertise in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
2-Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
3-Experience in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
4-Strong problem-solving capability using DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Hypothesis-driven analysis
5-Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Marketing
6-Experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP
7-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
8-Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
