Assignment Details

The client is looking for an experienced consultant to redraft the current HR policies and re-draft basis their requirement. The revised policy needs to meet international standards and best practices for organizations in the non-profit sector. The assignment details include:.
1. Review current HR policies
2 Update or re-draft the HR policies across all core areas
3. Ensure policy is best in class and meets global standards for not for profit organisations

Skills Required

1. Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures in the non-profit space
2. Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such agreements and procedures
3. Verbal & written communication skills to communicate with a cross-functional client team
4. Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters
