Our client, a management consulting firm is looking to engage with a SME Lending Expert Consultant to help create growth plan within SME vertical for a large NBFC.
1. Analysis of industry trends and competition using primary / secondary research
2. Working with senior management to define business strategy the growth plan within SME vertical for a large NBFC.
3. Develop appropriate financial projections for the venture including pressure testing key assumptions
4. Provide hands-on support to the entrepreneurs in addressing business growth issues
5.Target and understand e2e value chain for prioritized target areas.
6.Develop hypothesis to reduce attrition rate amongst bank's existing customers
7.Strong experience working in the space with a mid-to-large NBFC or bank (upwards of 1000 crores, as minimum)
Industry – Banking/NBFC
The project would need the consultant to be on a Part-Time Capacity Only
1) Strong verbal and written communication skills
2) Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
3) Strong data analytical and problem solving skills
4)Strong experience working in the space with a mid-to-large NBFC or banking sector.
